The Ex

Few bands are as woefully underappreciated as The Ex. These Dutch Anarcho-punks have been together for over 30 years and have released 25 records, including 2010’s excellent Catch My Shoe, recorded here in Chicago at Electrical Audio Studios. The record is the band’s first without original lead singer G.W. Sok, who left the group to pursue some graphic design projects, but new singer Arnold de Boer is a fully capable replacement.
