Although completely unnecessary, there’s a huge market for Beatles cover bands; The Fab Four are so beloved that people will pay to see a middle-aged man in a wig who kind of looks like Paul if you squint. That’s why the Faub Faux are different: no wigs, no costumes, just talented musicians playing the Beatles’ music with the pinpoint accuracy usually reserved for orchestral works. Led by guitarist Jimmy Vivino and bassist Will Lee of Conan’s and Letterman’s respective late-night bands, the group has been playing since 1998, changing the repertoire each night.
