Artist The Kissaway Trail

The Kissaway Trail may be from Denmark, home of Mew and The Raveonettes, but in sound it's more akin to North America's Polyphonic Spree and Arcade Fire.  On Sleep Mountain, its second full-length effort, the band mixes sadness and euphoria to make epic, uplifting music. It only makes an impact, though, when the group branches out a little instead of emulating its music heroes.
