The Musical Box

The Musical Box could technically be described as a tribute act, but what the Canadian band manages to accomplish is far more impressive than that might indicate. The Musical Box usually specializes in note-for-note recreations of Genesis concerts from the band’s theatrical, Peter Gabriel-fronted era. Using vintage equipment (as well as costumes, lights, and props), they tackle such sacred cows as Selling England By The Pound and The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway.
