The Snowbirds

There’s Americana, and then there’s Americana done right. Count Milwaukee outfit The Snowbirds among the purveyors of the latter. Fronted by Scott Schoenbeck of The Promise Ring, Alligator Gun, and Dashboard Confessional fame, the group released a terrific self-titled album in 2011 (recorded by Justin Perkins) and has been playing a steady string of warm, relaxed shows ever since.
