The Squeezettes
The Squeezettes started playing their unique power polka in 2006, and have since become a fixture at multiple Wisconsin music festivals. The three Squeezettes themselves—Sarah, Linda, and Pamela—show a deft hand at creating a three-women weave of good-natured accordion music. Lead Squeeze Sarah “Miss Bubbles Galore” has a full, seductive voice that conjures up images of dark, romantic beer halls during “Bei Mir Bist Du Schoen,” though the band can also create a festive, energetic intensity with covers of songs like “99 Red Balloons.”
