Blending radio-friendly hard rock with emotive lyrics, it’s not surprising that Vancouver’s Theory Of A Deadman began its career on Chad Kroeger’s (of Nickelback) 604 Records. The band’s similar stylings—and associations—have certainly aided in its mild success, including a Kroeger collaboration for the 2002 Spider-Man soundtrack. Theory Of A Deadman’s slim discography over nine years consists of just three releases—the latest of which is 2008’s Scars And Souvenirs—with the band spending most of its time on the road.
