Trust

Here’s a band that looks awfully familiar: A young lady and a young man from Toronto who play synthpop and electro music, take photos in dark places with a high flash, and look almost too cool. Not the Crystal Castles, but if you like those guys, you’ll dig Trust as well. On the music scene since 2009, the duo is made up of Robert Alfons and Maya Postepski (whom you may also know another local synthpop outfit, Austra). The band dropped its debut LP TRST in February via Arts & Crafts.
