Who’s Bad bills itself as “The Ultimate Michael Jackson Tribute Band,” and the North Carolina group’s pursuit of copycat perfection—both musical and visual—is dedicated indeed. Covering a wide array of Jackson’s hits—from The Jackson 5 to his solo work through the ’90s—and including original choreography, the group alternates between two frontmen to ensure each does his specialty era just right. With the King of Pop now gone, Who’s Bad aims to create a spirited, respectful live tribute to his genius.
