Wilson Phillips

After being seemingly lost amid the end of the ’90s and a mix of bad reality television shows, Wilson Philips is back to music. Coming off a 2008 reunion, the group is hitting the road to promote its April 2012 album, Dedicated. The trio’s latest venture features covers of The Beach Boys and The Mamas & The Papas—an homage to parents Brian Wilson and John and Michelle Phillips. Wilson Phillips rose to fame with such hits as “Hold On,” “Release Me” and “You’re in Love” before taking a hiatus. But now that the group is reunited, maybe you’ll be inspired to reenact the end of Bridesmaids, or at least belt out “Hold On” into a hairbrush microphone for old time’s sake.
