Andrew Bird announces new album, tour
Whistling fans, rejoice. The dude (spoiler alert!) behind Walter’s climactic scene in The Muppets is going on tour. Andrew Bird, sometimes artist and pride of Chicago, has announced a new record, Break It Yourself, due out March 6, as well as an accompanying national tour.
Kicking off March 15 in Dallas, the tour ends in Chicago May 12 at the Auditorium Theatre with Mucca Pazza. Tickets start at $29.50 and include a download of two live EPs and a digital copy of Break It Yourself.
