Bye-bye Bennigan's?
Chicago locations closing, shut-down could be nationwide
Breaking news from CBS 2: All Chicago Bennigan's locations are shutting their doors today in what may be a nationwide phenomenon. But a spokesperson for the Metromedia Restaurant Group, which owns the restaurant chain, said that only underperforming locations are getting the axe. (The company also owns Steak & Ale, which apparently still exists.)
Maybe it's a sign of Chicagoans' good taste that Bennigan's city locations are closing their doors. You're next, T.G.I. Friday's.
