Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Jeff Garlin to bring improvised stand-up show to iO next week

The affable, pudding-loving Jeff Garlin is bringing a piece of L.A. to iO on Nov. 5 with a one-night performance of his Upright Citizen's Brigade theater staple The Combo Platter, a stand-up show where comedians improvise monologues based on audience suggestions. No word yet on who Garlin’s “special guests” for the 10:30 p.m. show are yet, but The Combo Platter is getting a considerable price increase—tickets will run $10 here, rather than the $1 it asks out West. Tickets can be reserved by calling the theater at 773-880-0199.
