Operatic punk band Fucked Up is, apparently, just as impatient as the rest of us. Guitarist Mike Haliechuk told Eater that the band members have tried to go to Hot Doug’s when they’ve been in town, but they “never have time to deal with the line.” Apparently the band is not aware that the best time to go is either at 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. on a weekday. Guys, call us. Seriously, let The A.V. Club teach you the ways of the Doug.
Haliechuk, a vegetarian, has eaten at a lot of other drool-worthy places around the country, though, like Mario Batali’s Del Posto, Thomas Keller’s per se, and Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse.
