Crain’s Chicago Business points toward a new PSA by six Chicago icons—Dennis Farina, Dennis Franz, Joe Mantegna, William Petersen, Gary Sinise, and Tom Dreesen—all of whom have played cops in movies and on TV. In it, the actors rep hard for the 100 Club, an organization that helps the families of police officers killed in the line of duty.
The PSA is short, but sweet. Moreover it’s nice to see these guys, who may or may not live here anymore, doing something for Chicago’s finest.
