Guy Fieri’s Road Show, a “two-hour food-a-palooza” with high-octane cooking demonstrations modeled after a “high-energy rock concert” by the Food Network TV personality (at the Rosemont Theatre on Dec. 3), just got considerably more enticing: Doug Sohn of beloved local gourmet hot-dog restaurant Hot Doug’s (3324 N.
