In case Jeff Garlin wasn't affable enough (see: his unquenchable love for pudding), he and the Annoyance Theatre have just announced a joint charity auction to benefit military veteran Tony HighHorse. On the docket is a walk-on role on Annoyance alumnus Garlin and Larry David's cringe-inducing HBO show, Curb Your Enthusiasm. To place a bid, simply send an e-mail to curbrole@annoyanceproductions.com-- just note that the starting bid is $500, the online auction closes on Jan. 26 at 7 p.m. (the top three e-bidders will be able to participate in a subsequent live benefit at that time), and you'll be able to track your progress on the Annoyance's website. There are, of course, other caveats, like that the winner must pay for their own transportation and lodging costs, but, hey! A chance to meet Larry David and find out if he's really that much of a dick in real life is priceless, right?
