Just Announced Judas Priest rocking The Venue at the Horseshoe Casino this fall

Judas Priest, fall tour, Epitath tour

Get ready to rock out like your grandparents did, because none other than the legendary Judas Priest is coming to town November 12. We’re not kidding about that grandparents thing either—the seminal British metal act has been around for right around 40 years, which means, for you young 20somethings out there anyway, your young, hip granny might have dropped your mom off at a babysitter, put on her nicest jean jacket, and headed down to the multiplex in the mid-’70s to rock the fuck out to some Priest. Now, as the circle of life continues, it’s your turn, on what the band is promising is its “final” tour.

Whether you believe the group about the “final” thing or not, and regardless of how you feel about the fact that JP appeared on American Idol just last night, we are talking about one of the most influential metal bands of all time. The openers are the considerably more modern Black Label Society and the also-vintage Thin Lizzy, so it should be quite a show. Start growing your hair now—you’ve only got a few months to get it into properly long and stringy shape.
