While choosing among stage locations and set times to create the ultimate lineup is paramount, serious attendees of summer music festivals are also well versed in the necessity of sizing up the free corporate swag. Sure, that frozen kefir dessert was pretty gross, and those weirdly flavored gum samples were kinda lame—but hey, free is free, right? While Pitchfork is slowly catching up in the absurdity (AXE body spray girls in angel wings, anyone?), Lollapalooza has embraced this sponsorship and taken it to new bounds.

Clearly honoring the festival’s 20th anniversary, Perry Farrell and co.’s festivities have now integrated the I Can Has Cheezburger LOLcats. To be precise, the Free Yr Radio Broadcast Stage is providing a Toyota Corolla photo booth complete with LOLcats and captions. After co-starring in Lollapalooza 2011 performer Best Coast’s music video, the “kittehs” are really trying to prove their prowess to the music scene. So if parts of the lineup just aren’t cutting it, or if the line for free bandanas is getting you down, then concertgoers can has lots of stupid in the meantime.
