M83 announces spring 2012 North American tour
Los Angeles based M83 has announced a spring tour in support of its latest record, Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming. Kicking off April 22 in San Francisco, the jaunt circles the U.S. and parts of Canada—stopping in Chicago May 4 at the Vic—before ending in Dallas May 19.
Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming’s dancey shoegaze has landed the record on a bunch of publications’ best of 2011 lists, though not The A.V. Club’s. The record has also been on top of the CMJ album chart for five weeks now.
