Pavement to play ticketed Millennium Park show in September
More Just Announced
Apparently, Chicago's appetite for the reunited Pavement is pretty damn insatiable: Single-day tickets for the last day of this year's Pitchfork Music Festival, which Pavement headlines, have sold out, as have the festival's three-day passes. It wouldn't be surprising if tickets go just as quickly when they go on sale Saturday morning for an additional Pavement show, Sept. 13 at Millennium Park. Unlike most other Millennium Park shows, this one's not free, but it's an okay price range of $15-$40, and includes an opening set from a younger set of fuzzy, frazzled indie-rockers, L.A. duo No Age.
