Happy big one-oh to Taste Of River North. The food and arts expo will celebrate its decade mile-marker July 15-17, and the organizers are more than proud to announce that the event is accessible via water taxi.

Featuring food from more than 15 of the neighborhood’s most popular eateries, Taste Of River North will help diners refine their palates and come one step closer to channeling that inner Ina Garten. For a dollar a sample, that is.

Boasting the highest concentration of restaurants in the city, more than 100 art galleries, and the headquarters of The A.V. Club, Chicago’s River North neighborhood is well worth exploring.

Shelling out a $5 suggested donation to ToRN will allow patrons to score sweet deals on local art, access a bounce house in the KidZone, and enjoy some “family entertainment,” including the famed Jesse White Tumblers. Street fest mainstays Bumpus and Sixteen Candles will also perform.
