The Cool Kids’ Mikey Rocks makes first solo LP available for free download

Get hyped, local hip-hop heads. Sir Michael Rocks (a.k.a. Mikey Rocks of The Cool Kids) just released his solo album, Premier Politics. The album—Rocks’ debut solo venture—is currently available in its entirety for free download through Mediafire.
A Cook County native, Rocks draws from Chicago area talent on Premier Politics, including rapper Jeremih and producer Cardo. Other guests include the Alchemist and Rocks’ The Cool Kids partner, Chuck Inglish.
Aside from the solo debut, Mikey Rocks has two other recent projects. The Cool Kids released their first studio album, When Fish Ride Bicycles, this past July with producers Travis Barker and The Neptunes. The two members of The Cool Kids have also formed a rap supergroup P.O.C. (Pulled Over by the Cops) with Freddie Gibbs, Chip Tha Ripper, and the Blended Babies.
