The always forthcoming Courtney Love is at it again. This crazy time around, she went on record with New York Magazine about her sex life with Nirvana's Kurt Cobain. In an interview about MTV, Love talked about the first time she ever saw the "Smells Like Teen Spirit" video which, not so coincidentally, was the first time she and Cobain ever knocked boots.
"The first time Kurt and I slept together was at a Days Inn in Chicago," she says. "We were having our first postcoital moment, and we’re watching MTV and the video came on. I pulled away from him, because it was his video, his moment, he was the king of the fucking world, and he put his arm around me and pulled me closer. Which was symbolic, like, “I’m letting you into my life.” That really endeared him to me." In the same interview, Love asserts that the duo's only child, Frances Bean Cobain, was conceived at the Omni Northstar Hotel in Minneapolis, during a night she'd actually flown up to meet Billy Corgan, "who still had lots of hair."
