Wax Trax! Retrospectacle at Metro
More Just Announced
Beloved record label and store Wax Trax! is set to celebrate its 33 1/3-year anniversary with a two-day concert extravaganza that will have even the most cynical industrial fan cheering like a Taylor Swift groupie. The magic is happening April 15 and 16 at Metro.
The lineup includes the Belgian industrial group Front 242, who pioneered electronic music in the early 80s and whose extensive discography has kept fans coming back for three decades, the quirky My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, and the teenage punk rock throwback Rights Of The Accused, who recently reunited after disbanding in 1992. Members of Revolting Cocks and KMFDM will also be there, performing some beloved “hits.”
