Bruce Springsteen has enjoyed a shocking amount of indie cred over the years—including the tribute to Nebraska that Sub Pop put out in 2000—but his performance during the 2008 Super Bowl halftime show confirmed that The Boss is still an arena-sized rocker who can ham it up with the best of them. And, more importantly, the band continues to sound great, which isn’t surprising considering the level of talent representing E Street, including Nils Lofgren and Steven Van Zandt on guitars, Clarence Clemons on sax, and Max Weinberg on drums. Here, Springsteen drops through in support of this year's Working On A Dream, but will play 1975's Born To Run in its entirety—and Chicago's one of only two cities to get such a performance.
