Marc Cohn’s 1992 victory may have been the Grammys’ attempt at post-Milli Vanilli credibility, but he hasn’t exactly set charts ablaze since the bar band classic “Walking In Memphis” made him a temporary star. With 2007’s Join The Parade—his first studio album in nine years—Cohn changed his game up a bit, getting more grating and far messier, in a good way.
