Carnivale offers a new spin on Latin cuisine, with a Nuevo Latino menu featuring dishes from Puerto Rico, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, and Colombia. The house specialties are rum-glazed pork, inspired by Puerto Rican kitchens, and an Argentinean steak. Many of the entrées are served with traditional fried plantains or heaps of hot rice.
