venue Goose Island Wrigleyville

The undeniable king of Chicago microbrews, Goose Island is a familiar name to the city's imbibers: The brew is made on the premises at Goose Island's main location in the Clybourn/North shopping-center vortex. A new beer can be sampled every Tuesday, available by the pint or in “flights”-$6 tasters of four different beers. The brewpub caters to regulars and young people, but part of the attraction is the hearty food, including comfort staples like chicken pot pie and fish and chips. Beer devotees can stick around for courses on brewing and weekly brewery tours.
