Genevieve Koski

Genevieve Koski (copy editor-local) was raised an only child, which means she spent way too much time with a TV screen or book in front of her face, and was never, ever wrong about anything. It’s only natural, then, that she’s now a professional know-it-all, or “editor,” operating within a vortex of pop culture. Raised in Michigan, she attended Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications before returning to the Midwest, where she enjoys complaining about the weather and being able to call carbonated beverages "pop" without people looking at her funny. When she's not busy pondering dangling modifiers and comma splices for The A.V. Club, she spends her time going to shows and patronizing shady bars.
