Bay’s company to remake Rosemary’s Baby

Michael Bay’s Platinum Dunes—the company that brought the world recent remakes of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Amityville Horror—has trained its necrophilia on a new victim: Roman Polanski’s 1968 classic Rosemary’s Baby. Producers Brad Fuller and Andrew Form are currently seeking writers for the project; the two are also working with Bay on remakes of Friday The 13th, A Nightmare On Elm Street, and Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds—the last of which is rumored to star Robert Knepper and Naomi Watts. And some birds.
