Sorry for all the rehash-and-sequel news today (then again, maybe it's Hollywood who should be apologizing) but this story is too good to ignore: Casting has apparently begun for Jurassic Park IV, set to film this winter in Hawaii, with Laura Dern already rumored to be reprising her role as Dr. Ellie Sattler. OK, so that's admittedly not that interesting, but how about this? According to CHUD.com, the script--a collaboration between The Departed's William Monahan and John Sayles (yes, that John Sayles)--concerns "trained and armed dinosaurs brought together to mete out a prehistoric justice." That's right: genetically modified, gun-toting dinosaurs wreaking havoc. Interested yet?
