In a story fit for the absurdist animated sitcom of your choice, DMX has lost a court case over a line of clothing for dogs. A company called Amusing Diversions, Inc., won $242,000 from DMX, who it said failed to help promote a clothing line named after his dog, Boomer 129. The lesson? If you want to promote products for pets, don't count on someone who's trying to maintain a badass image. (Associated Press)
