The one hip-hop pissing contest really worth following this year is off to a promising start: Kanye West's Graduation is already outselling 50 Cent's Curtis. Who'd have thought strong production, sorta-awesome cover art, and better lyrics would attract more people than joyless gangsta rap and liner notes full of scary, soft-core-porn-like Fiddy photos?
