Violent Femmes bassist Brian Ritchie is suing singer Gordon Gano in federal court, claiming Gano hasn't given him proper credit for songwriting. Also pissing Ritchie off: Gano allowed "Blister In The Sun" to be used in a Wendy's commercial. (Big hands, I know you can tackle that spicy chicken sandwich.) The lawsuit is actually a bit surprising, if only because the band has been touring together pretty frequently in recent years. (Associated Press)
