Office spin-off plotted

TV Guide is reporting that before too long, a new set of characters will infiltrate and burst out from The Office (you know, Alien-style) to spawn an independent spin-off series. No specifics on the casting yet, but the post does say producers are looking for a "name" actor. So what's preferable? More Office, or the nice-enough helping of Office we've had so far?
