Quiet Riot singer Kevin DuBrow died of an accidental cocaine overdose according to the Clark County coroner in Las Vegas, where DuBrow was found dead Nov. 25. The cause of death was confirmed following the receipt of toxicology results on Monday. There were no signs of forced entry at the home, and police have not suspected foul play.
