Springfield picked for Simpsons Movie premiere

For months, the world (alright, a certain over-dedicated fragment of the world) has been wondering which of America's 2 jillion Springfields would host the premiere of The Simpsons Movie. Somehow it's hard to summon a "ta-da!" but anyways--it's Springfield, Vermont, a wee town of about 9,500. (Reuters)
