I don't think Borat is going to win this for all kinds of reasons. I'm rooting for Children Of Men but I've got a feeling it's going to go to The Departed which is fine. And... There it goes. And, hey, Oscar writers: It's a Hong Kong film, not Japanese. This is supposed to be The International Oscars, right? Couple this with DeGeneres' Penelope Cruz slip and it's looking more like Ignorant Americans Night.
