Broken Bells announce new tour so exciting you’ll want to eat it
Broken Bells is hitting the high road. The two-piece band just announced its first ever tour, including a date May 29 at the Gothic Theatre with openers The Morning Benders. Just off the release of its self-titled debut (full stream at TORO Magazine), Broken Bells is the much-hyped new collab between The Shins’ James Mercer and super-producer Danger Mouse. Even Entertainment Weekly likes it, you can tell by the alliteration: The magazine dubbed the new album a “subtly savory sonic morsel”—how delicious!
