David Bazan sneaks into Colorado for a few house shows
In thrilling yet frustrating news, singer-songwriter David Bazan of Pedro The Lion fame will apparently be playing two unpromoted, sold-out house shows in Denver and Boulder next week. Bazan is currently doing an entire tour of house shows—not that this information means much now. None of the locations have been released publicly (addresses have been personally emailed to ticket-holders) and most shows, according to his website, are already sold out. But there is some good news for Colorado fans, at least the ones who live up north: Bazan will be performing a set April 19 at Everyday Joe's Coffee House in Fort Collins, and there are still tickets available for purchase. Otherwise, we'll let you know if we can get any info on how to crash the Denver/Boulder gigs and enjoy an intimate performance of Bazan's great songs, but don't count on it. Huzzah (and sighs).
