Not a lie, not a hoax, not a figment of your Pabst-addled imagination: Canada's arty, mighty Fucked Up--i.e., the only contemporary hardcore band most indie-rock fans will listen to--is playing a free, all-ages show at Wax Trax Records on Wednesday, February 11 at 3 p.m. (that is, a few hours before the group's 21+ show at the Larimer Lounge). It might wind up looking a little something like this:
