Sunset Magazine recently dubbed Denver a town of the future, and here’s more evidence we’re moving on up (to shiny, corporate, big-city status): Colorado is getting its very own Pinkberry, slated to open June 1 at 1000 Colorado Blvd, next to Tokyo Joe’s and just a parking lot jump over to Barnes & Noble and the 24-hour Starbucks. Now, all Denver needs is that Ikea—long-rumored for construction in Centennial—and the Beauty Bar in Capitol Hill to open, plus a few more knock-off purse carts downtown, and we’ll be just like New York City!
