Hunter Dragon offers Blood Bath EP for free 

Like most of us, you’ve probably spent (or are in the process of spending) all your disposable income—and then some—on overpriced baubles for the special people in your life. That leaves precious little cash to spend on deeply weird, experimental music from intriguing local acts. Rest easy, because Hunter Dragon has totally got you covered. 

The off-the-wall artist has made his recent Blood Bath EP available for free download, via his website. That means you get six tracks of glitchy electro-pop, experimental guitar-and-synth noodling, and general weirdness for weirdness’ sake. Easy listening? Hell no, but like all of Dragon’s work, it makes for some intriguing listening for anyone who can embrace the steely sheen of electronic textures rubbing against each other coupled with seemingly random lyrical outbursts. 

No word on why he’s decided to give it away, but presumably it has something to do with the spirit of the holidays or some such thing. If so, it might not be free forever, so you maybe should go grab it now...
