Joel McHale is best known as host of The Soup, which is very likely the lowest-budgeted—but most watchable—half hour on the E! television network. Did you know also that McHale appeared as the bank manager on Spider-Man 2? Yes, the comedian-actor has had tiny roles on movies like Lords Of Dogtown, and on such shows as CSI:Miami, Will & Grace, and Pushing Daisies. Not that much of that matters; his April 4 appearance at the Paramount Theatre should be more Soup-like than anything. Expect acerbic commentary on pop culture, narrative-style jokes, and maybe even some jabs at his, um, acting career.
