Bad Weather California’s five-song Daytrotter session went up today, replete with a nice write-up on the new-school rock band and a pastel illustration of frontman Chris Adolf.

Sauna has a brand-new new single out, the cutesy garage-pop track “Wanting You.” The song is up now (and totally downloadable) over at Stereogum.

• What’s the point of releasing a music video if you’re not going to throw a party for it? A. Tom Collins will show off its newest video, “Pants Off Dance Off,” this Friday at the Hi-Dive with friends The Blue Rider, Miss America, and host Sid Pink. Le Divorce announced a screening of its own, March 10 also at the Hi-Dive, for its first-ever music video, “Under The Boxcars.” Openers on that bill include Lion Sized and Drunken Arrows.
