Wilco at Red Rocks
More Just Announced
Wilco—the band that's probably saved rock 'n' roll a couple times over by now—will be gracing the stage of Red Rocks Friday, July 3. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m., and it wouldn't be surprising at all if this one sells out. The band is putting the finishing touches on its upcoming, as-yet-untitled new album, the follow-up to 2007's really fucking awesome and underrated Sky Blue Sky. (Remember, the album where everyone whined about Nels Cline's beautiful, epic guitar solos? Please, fools.) Wilco also just released the live DVD, Ashes Of American Flags. It's good. Real good. You should Netflix it or something.
