Former Baltimore and Chicago resident and upside-down guitar champion Guy Blakeslee is now based in Los Angeles, where he can be found chasing that city’s ’60s musical peak. Joined by Derek W. James on drums and bassist Paz Lenchantin of Zwan and A Perfect Circle fame, Blakeslee investigates the power of three as The Entrance Band—previously just Entrance—which gets heavy as it traverses the intersection of psych-rock, folk, and blues.
