Supper clubs are a dying breed. While plenty of places in Denver offer entertainment plus booze, few have a balanced dinner and a show like Dazzle. With a cocktail list featuring no fewer than 14 variations on the Manhattan, as well as upscale but unpretentious entrées (like a stellar macaroni and cheese) Dazzle’s menu is worthwhile in its own right. But with the addition of nightly jazz acts and Sunday brunch with gospel quartets, the place is in a class by itself.
