Take umbrage with Pitchfork’s writing style all you want (I’m talking to you, Stuart Braithwaite of Mogwai!), but you can’t argue with the online music mag’s incredible yearly festival. They consistently bring solid lineups to a setting that could hardly be better for enjoying music: great sound, great sight lines, and a reasonably sized crowd (to go along with reasonably priced tickets).
